Applications for admission to First year B.A./B.Com Course 2013-2014 will be on-line from the day of declaration of the class XII Uchyaa Madhyamik (Higher Secondary) (West Bengal Board) results.

Print out of Form duly filled in on-line will also need to be submitted at the College Counter with attested copies of Marksheet attached along with the College Copy of the Fees Receipt( Stamped by the Bank).

Applicants are directed to deposit Rs.500/- as Application Fees to any branch of "Bank of India".

Admission to the college is provisional till the registration is confirmed by the university of Calcutta. Admission comences immediately after the publication of the results of the West Bangal Council of Higher Secondary Education & closes on such date as notified by the college Authorities.

Students seeking admission to B.A./B.Com. Honours courses will be admitted on the basis of merit list after the submission of application forms as per the schedule given bny the college.

Students must produce original admit card and marksheets of previous examinations at the time of collecting Admission Forms from the College office. Students must attach one recent photograph, age proof certificate and attested Xerox copies of Admit Cards & Mark Sheets of the previous qualifying examination with the Admission Form at the time of taking admission on payment of requisite fees.

• Fees for each month payable in advance on quarterly basis either by cash or cheque. If a student fails to deposit her fees for two consecutive quarters, her name will be struck off from the register and readmission will be allowed at the absolute discretion of the Teacher-in-Charge on payment of the usual re-admission fee equivalent to one month tuition fee.
• If fees not paid within the due date, a late fine of Rs. 1.00 per quarter will be' charged and is to be included with next uarter fee.
• Rs.100/- will be charged for every dishonoured cheque.
• The Bank of India, College Street Branch, is authorised to collect the fees. Students are directed to get thei r fee books from the College office and deposit the amount with the Bank during the banking hours on the dates mentioned in the fee book.
• A Fee Book is supplied to each student either on admission or on promotion to the higher class. All fees should be paid through the Fee Books and students must preserve their Fee Books carefully as they will have to produce them whenever required. A duplicate copy may be supplied with Charge of Rs. 10/-.
• Fees once paid cannot be refunded.
• Library and other deposits cannot be refunded except at the end of the session.
• Before the start of academic session in July every year, the students have to take admission to the 2nd year & 3rd year classes respectively.

(*) Physically handicapped students are exempted from University Examination Fee.

Stipend & Freeship :
Full free, Half Free Studentship for meritorious but financially weak students is given. Students who wish to avail this facility should apply 1st to 15th September with necessary document

• You must have printing facility while you fill up this online form.
• Application fee Rs. 500.00 must be paid at any branch of Bank of India.
• After submitting the form by clicking "SUBMIT", if the form has been accepted, an Application Form and Bank Challan Sheet (i.e. 3 pages) will appear on the screen.
• Take a printout of these three sheets and make payment to the any branches of Bank of India through the Bank challan generated by the system.
• Duly filled in Application form along with the Xerox copy of the Applicants' copy of the bank challan and Attested Xerox copy of marksheet of +2 to be submitted at the college on all working days from Monday-Friday between 9.00am - 12.00 Noon.
• Use BLOCK LETTERS to fill up the form.
• All fields marked * are mandatory.
• Eligibility criteria should be followed in strict. Incomplete Application form will be rejected and candidature will be cancelled even if the online application is submitted.
• Print out of the duly filled Application Form along with the required documents can be submitted to the College Counter from 04/06/2013 onwards upto 20/06/2013 except 05/06/2013, 07/06/2013 and Sunday.
• Merit List will be published on 25/06/2013.
